Much easier to use, especially filtering results.

Dont have the access to track my order status on this app.

After the last update, the app freezes when you try to log in to your personal account in the iOS system. Please fix this as you cant purchase items using the app.

My shopping life hasnt been the same since I discovered YOOX. The website is an awesome addiction that I just cant stop thinking about. I only wish I can buy EVERYTHING! The App upgrade was desperately needed and essential to have a smooth,easy, fast shopping experience which has been accomplished except for one glitch. It would even be more amazing if I could click on the designers name and the click through would take me to all items available from that designer from all the pages, i.e wish list, etc. Thanks for being you, YOOX. Much LOVE!

The worst quality of the clothes Ive ever got!! Very poor quality comparing to high prices! Ive got a lace top which colored my hands and my nails after I tried it and I couldnt wipe it off with water ! Also boots were with a chipped sole and scratches! Besides that they charge a return fee $6.95 + sales tax. Very disappointed with that company!!

I feel like this app is not getting a fair rap, not that this company isnt successful enough without it already, they dont need app reviews to continue to be successful, but the developers who made this have done a fine job. This is a native iOS app, not some cobbled together WebKit front-end to their website. Anyone complaining about slowness must be living in another region where they are being affected by latency due to the geographical remoteness, or perhaps Yoox has improved performance recently. Maybe they need some servers in Europe, which would surprise me considering its an Italian company (I think).

Clearing the cache didnt help....

This version crashes more frequently. For example, if you search for a brand in the search bar and then attempt to refine the results it crashes rendering the app almost useless. Dont upgrade.

App wont let me choose shipping or billing address. Wont take my order either. Says sorry try again. Tried about 20 times then gave up. Why put something out there that doesnt work.waste of money and time. Especially the customers time. Bad business.

Too pricey for the average American.

Its good for browsing, but if you need to close the app, you completely lose your search parameters and your place. I would rather use safari where the page is saved if I have to do something else on my phone.

Very intuitive, beautiful layout. Every purchase is very convenient. I have yet to experience any bugs or problems with this app. Definitely one of the best shopping apps out there (if not the best Ive ever used)

Great app but lack of optimized app for iPad is a big downside

After selecting Pay Pal as my payment option the app doesnt connect to your Pay Pal account in order to sync. I had to go to website ultimately to complete my purchase using my Pay Pal account.
